Last night there was plenty of social chess played, alongside the second team match and two rated friendlies between Hendon players. Only one match was recorded for the Rapid League, though: updated standings below.
So a reminder to record results on the sheet provided if you wish them to count towards the league. If you wish any other results from yesterday to be included, do let me know.
Next Thursday is the last week of the first round of the Rapid League. It is still worth playing, even if you haven’t so far: standings from round 1 count towards the end of year winner! There is a bonus point for everyone who plays next week, too. This week there will be 2 rounds, followed by the announcement of final standings.
