Social chess returns this week. Friendly, unstructured chess is available, as always.
This will also be the penultimate week of the first round of the Rapid League. I will be playing for the second team but will put out clocks set to 15 + 10 and also a score sheet to record results. Please remember to fill this out if you would like your games to count for the league! There is still time to catch the current leader, Arun!
This is the last week of the first round of the Rapid League. For this reason, it will be slightly more structured than usual, with two rounds, games for each starting at the same time. This will enable me to make suitable pairings for the last round (if places are close) and also to announce the first round winner there and then!
Friendly, unstructured chess will, as ever, also be available (at the same time, in between and afterwards).
Halloween Special: Chess of the Undead!
This will be a one-off evening of bughouse chess for Hendon Members. It will be
a fun and friendly (and probably chaotic – in a good way) event. Details to
