The second round of the Club Championship took place on Thursday. David Amior, Salvatore Pepe and Jonathan Samuel scored their second wins of the tournament, so they share the lead.
There is a large group half a point behind them, including some of the rating favourites, so it’s hard to make firm predictions at this early stage. Nonetheless, for the time being, these three are the players to beat!
Round three will take place next Thursday, 27th June (full calendar). It’s not too late to enter the tournament for members who haven’t already done so!
