Tigers see off Athenaeum

A strong Tigers team hosted central London club Athenaeum, hoping to get off the mark in Division 1. Although Athenaeum also fielded a very decent team and managed a clean sweep on the top 3 boards, the Tigers’ strength in depth paid off, with the 5 lowest boards all winning in an exciting match!
Many thanks to all who turned out for the match, to Adam Raoof for captaining, and special mention to new recruit Nikos Kallitsis for a good win on his Hendon debut!
