The Lions and Tigers kicked off their season with a hard-fought match that eventually ended in a comfortable victory for the Lions. Special mentions to 11-year-old Alex Leslie for a good win on his Tigers debut, and to Gayan Peiris in his final match for the club after 7½ years as one of Hendon’s heroes!
