Our 2nd team continued their promising start to the season with a 5.5-2.5 win over a strong Imperial College team led by IM John Cox. Charlie ‘The Sniper’ Storey had the better of a draw on Board 1, with Cristian Mures, Gayan Peiris, Tim Rogers, Adam Raoof and Joseph Levene winning games in fine style to bring in the match point. Hendon 2 remain top of Division 1 of the Middlesex League, with 4/6 match points.
