9 November 2009: The 1st Hendon Chess Club Open Rapid Chess Tournament
On Thursdays 12th and 19th November we’re holding the first Hendon Chess Club Open Rapid Chess Tournament.
This is a NEW event, which is open to all. It will be run over two Thursday evenings, with a total of 6 rounds of 20 minutes per player per game. 7.30pm start on each evening, finish before 10pm. All games rated by the ECF.
Entry fee is £10 (but free to Hendon Members) and any profits go to the club. Prizes will be based on entries, but modest.
